Our mother company, First Shanghai Investments Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “First Shanghai”), was established in 1964 and listed in Hong Kong in 1972; the core business included financial services, direct investment, property and hotel development. Head office is located in Hong Kong and branches in the main cities of Mainland China including Shanghai, Beijing, Guangzhou and Shenzhen.
First Shanghai Group provided financial services which included securities brokerage (equity and futures), asset management and corporate finance. It has rich experience on onshore and offshore investment and financial management. As a subsidiary company of First Shanghai Group, FSWM committed on providing comprehensive and professional insurance services for individuals and companies in Hong Kong and China.
