When First Shanghai Wealth Management Ltd. ("First Shanghai Wealth Management") refers a client to an investment immigration consulting firm for investment immigration applications, First Shanghai Wealth Management reserves the right to charge the investment immigration consulting firm and its agents any referral fees. The maximum amount of such referral fees shall not exceed 30% of the total investment immigration service fees collected from the client by the investment immigration consulting firm.
